Read the signs before taking the turn.
Bradenton Beach allows LSVs on city roads posted at 35 mph or less unless the road is designated prohibited. Its ordinance also limits sidewalk and multi-use-path access.
Bridge Street is a useful destination to plan around, but the route to it and the parking you use still need to follow current signs. Go slowly around pedestrian-heavy areas.
A cart doesn’t change the parking rules.
Use a permitted space near Bridge Street or your chosen beach access, then explore on foot. Check time limits and restrictions each time you park. Keep sidewalks, driveways and travel lanes clear.
Never drive onto the beach sand. A nearby beach access is a place to walk through, not a shortcut for the cart.
Cortez is a separate trip.
Cortez is on the mainland, across the bridge. It is outside Beach Zoomies’ island delivery area. Plan another vehicle for mainland or Longboat Key outings.
