For a north-end stay, plan your route around your rental, Pine Avenue and the beach access you want to use. Follow current signs and street restrictions rather than assuming every short route is open.

Check parking signs before leaving the cart near Pine Avenue or a beach access. A smaller vehicle does not create a parking space where parking is prohibited.

Anna Maria’s visitor information prohibits motorized vehicles on the beach. Keep sidewalks, driveways and emergency access clear. A cart gets you to permitted parking; you continue to the sand on foot.

• Keep the cart on the island. Park legally, then walk to the beach.
